Shipping policy
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 2 - 4 business days to process and ship out your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. All products will be shipped from the UK.
Note: Currently most orders will arrive in 4 - 8 business days. A few orders may arrive in more than 10 business days.
Verification
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.
Processing
It normally takes 4-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Shipping
Note: Orders to remote areas and offshore islands including Northern Ireland and selected regions such as the Scottish Highlands may not be eligible for express delivery or may incur additional shipping charges. If delivery to your address is unavailable, we will contact you to confirm an alternative shipping address. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Meanwhile, we are unable to ship to any P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses. We kindly ask all customers to provide a valid physical address to ensure safe and successful delivery.
Delivery
Delivery might take longer during holidays or weekends. After we ship the order, we will email you a tracking number, which you may follow on the chosen carrier’s website.

We are not responsible for the following delivery issues:
- Shipping address incorrect/unavailable/incomplete
- Phone number invalid/unavailable
- Out of the delivery range
